Service Description

Easily book a consultation for our legal services. Please provide the following information: 1. Area of Law (Family, Child Protection, Criminal); 2. Name of Opposing Party; 3. Court Location; 4. Brief description (i.e. "Parenting issues", "Divorce", "Separation Agreement") - Do not provide specific details. Once that information is provided a conflict check will be completed, and you will be sent an email confirming your consultation date. Please note that booking a consultation here does not create a lawyer-client relationship. The consultation fee is $350.00 plus HST, which includes a one hour consultation with Jeffrey Marchuk, and a comprehensive letter detailing the issues discussed, legal implications, and any advice being provided. Consultations are not available for clients with Legal Aid.
